Anxiety
Mental health condition that involves excessive worrying and fear of specific situations or triggers. Anxiety can exhibit various symptoms, such as elevated heart rate, intrusive thoughts, difficulty concentrating, among others.

Depression
Depression is a mental health condition that displays characteristics such as low mood, sadness, and loss of interest. Other factors can include changes to sleep, appetite, irritability, among others.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
PTSD is a mental health condition that can result from exposure to a traumatic event. Symptoms can include nightmares and sleep disturbances, negative thought patterns, avoidance, as well as others.

Grief
Grief can be a challenging process that occurs after experiencing a loss in one’s life. Navigating grief involves emotion expression, ongoing support from beneficial support systems, patience, and healing.

Children
Children greatly benefit from learning about one’s emotions. This involves developing emotional awareness and practicing emotional regulation. A ‘tool kit’ of strategies and coping mechanisms can be strengthened as a child learns and grows throughout the key developmental stages.
